So Yūsuf forgave his brothers and let them go — but he gave them something, and this was a miracle of the prophets. He gave them his shirt and said: throw it over my father, and he will see. His father was blind. Why was he blind? From crying over Yūsuf. And this was a miracle of Yūsuf.

Go with this shirt of mine and cast it over the face of my father; he will become clear-sighted. And bring to me all your family.
