Know Allah in Ease

The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: taʿarraf ilā Allāhi fī al-rakhāʾ yaʿrifka fī al-shiddah — remember Allah (swt) in moments of ease, and Allah will remember you in moments of difficulty.

We need to remember Allah in our youth, so that Allah will remember us in our old age. Remember Allah when you are healthy, and He will remember you when you are ill. Remember Allah when you have free time, and Allah will remember you when you become busy. Remember Allah (swt) while you are alive, and Allah (swt) will remember you when you are dead. Allah (swt) took care of Yūnus in the depths of the darkness of the sea because of this duʿāʾ, and Allah (swt) freed him.
