News of the Unseen
ذَٰلِكَ مِنْ أَنۢبَآءِ ٱلْغَيْبِ نُوحِيهِ إِلَيْكَ ۖ وَمَا كُنتَ لَدَيْهِمْ إِذْ أَجْمَعُوٓا۟ أَمْرَهُمْ وَهُمْ يَمْكُرُونَ
“That is a part of the reports of the unseen We reveal to you (O Prophet). You were not with them when they determined their object, and when they were planning devices.” (12:102)
This is of the news of the unseen which We reveal by inspiration to you. You were not present with them when they arranged their plan together and while they were plotting.
وَمَآ أَكْثَرُ ٱلنَّاسِ وَلَوْ حَرَصْتَ بِمُؤْمِنِينَ
“Most of the people are not going to believe despite your strong desire for it.” (12:103)
And most of mankind will not believe, even if you desire it eagerly.
