A Known Record, a Fixed Term

Wa mā ahlaknā min qaryatin illā wa-lahā kitābun maʿlūm. Any place We destroy, and any people for that matter, has its fixed period. The time is fixed for every single individual.

And that is why, mā tasbiqu min ummatin ajalahā wa mā yastaʾkhirūn. No one can go beyond that fixed period, that fixed date. None can go beyond it, and neither will it come later. It is never altered. It is known exactly; it is completely planned, entirely, and there is no mistake in it.
