The story of Mūsā is very long and very detailed. These ayat are a summary of the story of Mūsā.
طسٓمٓ تِلْكَ ءَايَـٰتُ ٱلْكِتَـٰبِ ٱلْمُبِينِ نَتْلُوا۟ عَلَيْكَ مِن نَّبَإِ مُوسَىٰ وَفِرْعَوْنَ بِٱلْحَقِّ لِقَوْمٍ يُؤْمِنُونَ
“Tā Sīn Mīm. These are verses of the clear Book. We recite to you a part of the story of Mūsā and Pharaoh with truth for a people who believe.” (28:1–3)
Allah says: We recite to you some of the news of Mūsā and Firʿawn. This is news: Allah (swt) is conveying to you news of Mūsā and Firʿawn. And the difference between this news and any other news you hear is that Allah (swt) says this news is bil-ḥaqq — in truth. Every other piece of news you hear could be true and could be false. But this news, Allah (swt) tells you, is in truth; it is the true news. And to whom is it directed? To people who believe.
