Only a Clear Warner
In verse 49 Allah (swt) instructs the Prophet (peace be upon him) to declare his position to the people:
قُلْ يَـٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلنَّاسُ إِنَّمَآ أَنَا۠ لَكُمْ نَذِيرٌ مُّبِينٌ
“Say, “O people, I am no more than a plain warner for you.” (22:49)
Say: O people, I am only a clear warner to you. That is why I have come — because what is to come in the Hereafter is a matter of the utmost importance, which you need to be concerned about.
