Allah's Promise in the Qur'an

Allah (swt) gives this promise directly in Sūrat Hūd:

Every living creature that moves upon the earth — from the smallest of ants, or a little worm beneath the soil, to any bird in flight, and everything between, including human beings and the jinn — has its rizq guaranteed by Allah (swt): how much it will eat, how much it will drink, all of it already known to Him. Allah (swt) knows where each such being dwells, and where it will die and come to be buried; all of it is written in a clear register, al-Lawḥ al-Maḥfūẓ, the Preserved Tablet. The same promise is given again in Sūrat al-ʿAnkabūt, central to this same matter. As Muslims, this is a belief to be held firmly.
