Mockery

When they see you, they ridicule you and say, "Is this the one whom Allah has sent as a messenger?" They were saying, "Didn't Allah find anyone else to send? There was no one better to send except you." So they would make fun of the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him), they would mock at him. Now, even though the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) belonged to the noblest family, he had the most outstanding character in Quraysh — but because he wasn't the wealthiest, because he wasn't the most powerful, they made fun of him.
