Orphaned Young

His mother passed away when he was at the age of six, so now he had lost both his father and mother. He was adopted by his grandfather, ʿAbd al-Muṭṭalib, who raised him up. ʿAbd al-Muṭṭalib passed away when Muhammad (peace be upon him) was at the age of eight, and now Muhammad (peace be upon him) was taken care of by his uncle Abū Ṭālib, who protected him and helped him and supported him for the next forty years in the life of Muhammad (peace be upon him).

This is the early age, the early years of Muhammad (peace be upon him). A few events here and there that happened before Prophethood are covered — not the pre-Prophethood era at length, but the important events that happened.
