The Closing Supplication
May Allah (swt) bless all who seek it with beneficial knowledge; bless them with a sound heart, a superior and sound intellect, and healthy bodies; beautify their īmān with taqwā and ḥayāʾ, with ʿilm, and with good deeds, ʿamal ṣāliḥ; and make them of the mukhliṣūn — those whose sincerity is complete, who know what they are doing, awake and aware as Muslims. Subḥānaka Allāhumma wa biḥamdika, ashhadu an lā ilāha illā anta, waḥdaka lā sharīka laka, astaghfiruka wa atūbu ilayka.

* Kept as said. The figure of 124,000 prophets is widely repeated in popular usage; it derives from a narration in Musnad Aḥmad whose chain most muḥaddithūn grade weak, and other narrations give the figure as 224,000.
** Kept as said. This ḥadīth ("Seeking knowledge is an obligation upon every Muslim and Muslimah") is widely related in Sunan Ibn Mājah, with a chain of transmission graded weak by most muḥaddithūn though corroborated by other routes; it is not found in Ṣaḥīḥ Bukhārī or Ṣaḥīḥ Muslim.
